It's beautiful and tragic all at once. I think you captured Lee, and the essence of his journey, very well.

I agree: they are quieter and lonelier - I wouldn't say smaller. I think he never had enough space to develop. Too many expectations from the outside and too many objections from the inside. I am still not sure how I should finally call him. But "an idealistic radical rationalist with selfdestructive tendencies" is somewhat close to how I see him and why I love him.
