unisom half the tablet and take before bed. it has the same stuff in it they once upon a time perscribed for morning sickness. it worked for me. something else a midwife told me. eat what ever you feel the need to eat no matter how odd. you need something in it. i know hard to eat now but sleep a regular schedual and try not to nap it seems to be when you sleep and wake up you are sick so if you throw up take a nap you prolong it.
