Today begins my return to my former thin self. I will not post my weight here because it is more than I have ever weighed with the exception of my pregnancies. I quit smoking and in turn gained 20 pounds. It sucks ass ( Read more... )

You bet you can!!!! :)

I know what you are saying...as a small business owner, I am lucky if I get to eat a normal meal during the day and what I do get a chance to eat is seldom healthy!

I only have 4 ounces of water to go to meet my goal of 64 ounces per day. I have to remember to stay close to a bathroom or at least go before I leave the office :)

I recommend checking out www.fitday.com. It is a really cool website. You can enter your food consumption and it will give you the nutritional information for your day. It is really helpful to see what vitamins and things you are missing so that you can adjust your food the next day.
