Apparently it is a far greater priority to first destroy, and then try to rebuild infrastructure over there. than to responsibly maintain it here.
It never ceases to amaze me that Dubya is still in offfice. He should have been impeached years ago. Too bad we can't find him in a compromising situation with a hooker, or staffer, since that is obviously a much greater threat to our national security, integrity, and credibility than the stuff he has done during his tenure in the White House.
Go figure. It's shameful, what we choose to honor/dihonor in this country of ours.
