An aged Catcher in the Rye

Yesterday morning I was in Breugger's Bagels getting coffee when I noticed this dignified looking old man (in his seventies), glasses, big mustache, reading a beat up copy of Catcher in the Rye.  Based on the cover it looked like a print from the sixties and I imagined him pulling it off his bookshelf, vaguely remembering that he had liked it once
