New content! RSS feed! Neat show!

Have some new content up on the website with more to come. I've been insanely busy lately, in many ways. In large part I've had a lot of shoots lately. 3 in one weekend and around 7 in the last month. Things are moving forward in an excellent way!

Thanks! I have more stuff to go up soon. Finally got everything figured out with the ladies in shifts calendar. I just want to double check with the models about posting it on my phlog. Also might do a quick phlog post about the shoot I did with you last week? the week before? It's all running together... My only gripe is that I can't set up an RSS subscription for my gallery page, so I'll have to post to the phlog whenever I update the gallery with new images.

I like that you can see Christophers Fangs, and I love the photo of Adyan. It's a real essence capture.

Hehe, yeah Chris has excellent fangs. :) I was really happy with that photo of Adyan as well. Seemed to catch something I don't see often in photographs, it was a definite moment.

Hope I'm not de-mystifying the process too much with the rest of this: I got some new glass earlier this year that makes photos like that possible (70-200mm f/2.8 zoom). 200mm at f/2.8 is just amazing for candid portraits. That photo was shot during the SFP at something like ISO 3200, with a little fill flash, may have been direct but I probably bounced it off the ceiling. /tech speak

My tameron lens for my Nikon goes to 200mm and I wouldn't do portraits without it. Sadly my body does do ISO over 1600 and without a directional flash, I often don't get that kind of clarity indoors. I never upgraded my last directional flash when it became incompatible. I'll have to do that.
