OMG! That's horrible ! do you think that we can also do something about that, here, on LJ ? like re-posting your post ? maybe with many complains, they will check better and faster and comdamn this theft ?

There is a live help service you can get on Ebay where you talk to someone directly. I'll see if I can find the link for you, this is disgusting that someone would pass off your work as theirs.

http://www.ebay.com/ underneath the advanced search button a little way down there is a button for 'live help' that will have you talking to an ebay rep instantly. Did you email the seller and tell them that this is your artwork?

not yet. I just emailed ebay. True, maybe I should contact the seller as well... and tell them that they're assholes o.ó

but I'm in Germany... and the seller's in Honkong. ;_; I don't know if the police can help with anything. They'll probably think the whole case is too unimportant and not worth the trouble, too.

Hey there! You don't know me, but I got here through moonie's journal. Just wanted to say that I checked out your gallery on Deviant Art and yes, you can prove solidly that you're the original artist. The picture has a submission date that predates the auction by a year, AND there's a copyright symbol underneath. On Ebay they call that violation of intellectual copyrights (don't know if that's what you reported it as, just wanted to throw it out if you didn't ( ... )
