Why would you have a contract written up so vaguely that even a blithering idiot would be reluctant to sign? Why would you then make the deadline for the contract and deposit on a day that 1) nobody works and 2) during a week where you're going to be on vacation? After all the nerves and the anxiety, I passed my qualifying exam.  Yea!!!  Thanks to all the people who thought good and happy thoughts this morning.  =)

I am so nervous right now my hands are shaking.  Tomorrow morning is when I take the oral portion of my admission to the doctoral program here.  I have to get up in front of my committee and give a short presentation of my written portion.  Then, they get to ask me questions about anything I guess.  Hopefully, I will sound intelligent and well ( Read more... )
