I'm sorry you and your family have had such a hard year. My hope for you is the same hope I have for my family, that 2011 is better than 2010. Yes, I've given up on this year having any redeeming factors with more than a month and a half to go.

I'm sure it's not the correct thing to say, but I say drink if it helps because, while I don't recommend doing it all the time, sometimes you just need a drink or 4.
