After I realized I've been on LJ for so long I took the plunge and got a paid account. Doesn't appear as if I'm going any where soon so why not. Off to look at paid site designs. -

I just realized I've had this journal since January of 2004. Where in the heck has the time gone. Boggles the mind. I've been using computers since the early 90's. My first computer was a Radio Shack Tandy that didn't even have a hard drive only the big ole 5+ inch floppies. My first hard drive was 50 megabites and the salesman said it would ( Read more... ) -

Found where I could go back to the old style LJ. Guess I'm to old to adapt to the new look.

cold, cold cold
I don't even want to think about the weather. It snowed about 3 inches last night but the big problem is going to be the temps. It's supposed to get down to -13 tomorrow night and I don't think that includes the wind chill. Can't really complain cause so far the winter hasn't been that bad. I decided to click on the "new" version of LJ and I hate it. Does anyone know if you can get the old style back or am I stuck? Argh I'm an idiot. -
Sore
I didn't post it on the previous post but I'm sore cause I slipped and fell on my butt going to get the mail this afternoon. Was my own fault, should have had better shoes on. Hopefully no one saw me make a fool of myself. Sigh, I never learn, me and ice don't mix ( Read more... ) -
Weather
Our weather is pretty crappy at the moment. Just cold enough that we may have freezing rain which is definitely no fun. Hopefully it will be cold enough it will just be snow or warm enough to just be rain. Will have to see ( Read more... ) -
New theme
I decided to change my journal look. Don't know if I like it yet or not. There were some I really liked but don't really want to pay for anything as I don't use this much. I'm more here to see what everyone else is up to. I don't do twitter or snapchat or tumblr so this is pretty much it ( Read more... ) -
Wondering
Has anyone heard from pigwidgeon37 off of LJ? Her last post here was over a year ago. I loved reading about her cats and what not. I'm just hoping that nothing serious has happened to her.
Any way just curious.
