Lately I've been finding a lot of awesome pants at my local thrift store in really cool patterns like blue leopard print, tiger stripes, etc, but almost all of them seem to have the same problem: They're very high-waisted, something that I just can't stand. Does anyone have any advice on how I could go about converting them to sit lower on the hips

So, here I am again at the dawn of a whole new year.

And here I am, turning 16.

Pretty sweet.

Altogether, I'd say 2005 was a good year for me. Sure, things changed a lot. But I've gained so much confidence and a million new friends, I know I'm in a better place than I was a year ago.

And I'm going to make 2006 even better.

So how was November? Well, Riot Fest was decent enough, but I was fairly underwhelmed by the strict dress code and corporate atmosphere. EDIT: Was counting on some events this weekend to pull me out of a week-long depression, because I love Halloween. Unfortunately, none worked out, so now I want to get really drunk and slice off a random body part.
