Okay two more days until the the completion of the fourth week after prolo. It seems like my SIs have collasped completely again. The left one is no longer holding - I don't think it was healing in the right position from the get-go. The right one feels like jelly ( Read more... )

I forgot how uncomfortable prolo was. Not the actual injections themselves but apparently it is possible for my SIs to get more unstable during the healing period.

I don't like my SIs. I'm sure the feeling is mutual.

This is going to be a very long six weeks.

As much fun as high tea was, I don't think I will ever do it again. Caffeine and I do not mix - I'm now wide awake despite having taken a sleep pill and feeling miserable. I think it's because the tea was waaaay too strong ( Read more... )

My pain management doctor (who administers the prolotherapy injections) finally clued in as to how bad my SI joint instability really is. He says that I am such a bizarre case - that the instability is so bad for someone so young - that if I were to go to a surgeon they would probably have offered me surgery to fixate my SI joints ( Read more... )
