On Tuesday I had to take some fabric mill books mistakenly delivered to me up to the design department. I would really like to work in design. They are the group of people who decide which fabrics we are going to carry and put together the swatch book collections. It always seemed like a fun job ( Read more... )

I've been working most of the day on my sewing room. That is right! Finally, after 4 years and 3 houses I'm going to have a room to sew in. An organized room that is. Clint and I bought 2 shelving units and 2 drawer units today. I now have my fabric all stacked nice and neat and my thread and assorted other sewing stuff will be all organized ( Read more... )
