So I made an offer on the house I posted about a couple days ago. they asked for 165, I countered with 150. they countered with 163 and I countered with 159, they accepted and now I have 10 days to determine whether or not I want to buy the house. Been going to the bar quite a bit the last week. Went to Duffys for dinner Thursday night and got dinner with Gordon. After it got later we headed over to Johnny's.
