*waves* Hellooooo! I hate Vista, see if you can switch back to 'classice windows' set up, it helps a lot in the transition.

You can rip your music off your ipod/iphone--I don't think you can get it back thru the iTunes store. I did this successfully when my laptop was stolen, just search on the Mac forums and there will be instructions.

Well maybe shiny/matt sisters. My lovely laptop is a dull black finish which is tres swanky but prone to finger prints :(
