Fat Again Dream!
Last night I dreamed that I woke up fat again. I was so scared that I went over and looked in the mirror and for a few minutes I wasn't sure - my self-perception, especially unclothed, is still so off. I didn't believe it wasn't real until I put on my size 10 jeans and they fit.

149 lbs, down one lb from 5-month pix. So, you know, I pretty much look the same, but I do have a bit more muscle tone thanks to YOGA! and WEIGHTS! (ps same pants as in last month's pix, but I think last time I wearing spanx-like thingy under them and this month I am not.)
