This is the reply I got just now to a support ticket I opened last Friday.

"We are currently experiencing a high volume of cases which is making our response times slower than normal. I wanted you to know that we have not forgotten your case and are working diligently to get to it as soon as possible. We appreciate your continued patience"

Oh, so finally got my 'new' computer back yesterday. I connected it to my monitor's other input so I can let it restore my files while still using my 'old' computer. The restoration should take a few days. I switch over now and then to check progress and temperature and everything seems fine so far.
