I know this feeling very well! Mick can just sit down for a minute with a book in his hand, and be asleep (accidentally) in less than a minute. For me, a 4 hour nap take lots of meds, and at least 6 hours of real time.

A two-hour nap can be accomplished by taking klonopin, or not. I never know when I go up in the loft bed whether I'll actually go to sleep or just lie there. Yesterday, I lay down, and it was no dice, and then I lay down two hours later (klonopin lasts about 5 hours) and went right to sleep for two hours. So, I never know, and I don't always have time to try for a nap the second time.
