Three homes are for sale in my neighborhood, and at least one of them is a steal. Won't you be my neighbor? I calculated comps for our neighborhood - all houses is $118/sq foot, but houses built in the 50s (like all the ones for sale) is $112/sq foot. Anyone interested in heading to a park or other play-date thing this weekend? Ash is active and available 8 - 11 and 2 - 5. We really love Marla Dorrit park, just off 64 on Cary Parkway, in the afternoons, but we're open to whatever.

I think the magic period of street fairs is over, though... sigh.

Awake way too early - it's 6am, and I've already taken my pills and been through my daily webcomics. I think I'll start on work now.

BUSY weekend: Sat night went to a street fest that had some greatness (sean and victoria and odin) and some oddness (old, old news, not bad, just weird to see after years of not seeing), and some very goodness (drew was a funky dj, someday I'm really gonna sit down and talk to bart when I don't have ash and he doesn't have his dog).
