I have a couple of pounds of dried Shiitake mushrooms (about 2 years old, still seem good) that are leaving the house this week. Whether they leave in the garbage or free to friends is up to YOU. They are tough when reconstituted, but work very well as base for a broth.

I'm game, if they haven't already been claimed. Darned if I know when I could pick them up, though. At the very moment I'm sitting in the mechanic's waiting room (4th day this week!) while they try to figure out what's wrong.
