Im back from weigh-in. I was down 1.6 lbs, Kathy was down 5.5 lbs, Pam lost 2.2 lbs and Wendy lost .2lbs. We all lost Yay! Wendy is probably the biggest loser. She is down almost 30 lbs. Kathy did all protein for a week. The people with the most weight loss didnt work out but one day this week. I worked out twice and will go tonight. I feel better
