sobrang sakit ng likod ko... my lower back is seriously aching.. pramis.. kahit anung position gawin ko pag-upo or paghiga talagang masakit siya.. nagpa x-ray ako kahapon dahil sobrang paranoid na ako feeling ko may scoliosis ako or slip disc.. super natakot ako kse sabi nila if slip disc daw to i have to undergo an operation para maayos siya lalo ( Read more... )
