It's over. Its officially over.

I can't wait to catch my flight tonight at 8pm. Can't wait. I have been gone since last Saturday, as in 9 days ago. But! I survived! That is the important part. I worked my ass off, took care of myself, stood at fairs, made it to the conference on time each day, tried to eat healthy, worked out one day, am sore as hell, but I made it. I MADE IT. I don't really remember making that last post. Just goes to show how many pain killers I am on. Its intense.

I peed! Now I am waiting for the other kind...If it doesn't come by tomorrow, the I have to make it come. Never get surgery. Ever.  

I am currently not hooked up to any tubes, I can walk around myself and I  have a fairly hideous incision mark with lots of staples. But, the nurses said I did well, and it looks like I get to go home today! Which just makes my day. I found out yesterday that I wasn't invited to the Gamma Phi Awards banquet. All because of a stupid misunderstanding, and no due process. I have now been effectively shunned from the chapter here that I have put so much sweat, tears, laughter, and effort into. I have my surgery on May 27 at 5:30 am. My Mom isn't coming to spend time with me at the hospital, so David is taking the week off work. If you have time to come and spend some time with me to give David a break, that would be great.

Again, keep me in your thoughts and prayers. I am going to need it on this one.

I will be going in for surgery hopefully sometime next week.
