So I re-read my summer to-do list from awhile ago and the only things I haven't accomplished were to go to Montreal, learn to cook more dinners, catch a fish, and steal a deer/moose crossing sign. Last night I went camping. Last night there were severe thunderstorms. Last night was an ADVENTURE! I love summer and I love Vermont. I had a great weekend. I count Thursday night as the beginning of the fun - I PLAYED ULTIMATE! (and tennis) It was awesome, and better happen again. Whew. So Thursday I was a sub for 1st graders at Barre Town. THEY WERE CRAZY! I did ok I think, but definitly confirms my decision to NOT teach elementary school. So I did change my major to History and am in the process of applying to the School of Education. I am studying in Paris in the fall! I did well in school this semester, finally. So, this semester is going well. I got an A+ on a big paper for cultural history of the US(an advanced course)!!!!!!! The teacher wrote that it was the best paper in the class, by a considerable amount. :) I am SO PROUD OF MYSELF.
