I sold some calender plates on ebay about a month ago. The buyer never requested insurance and I never offered it-bad on my part I know. The plates ended up getting to her, but 5 of the 12 were broken-some just had little chips in them and a couple of them were broken in half. I don't know how it happened to be honest.
