Things I am in charge of this semester:

1) Running the mediation class. I tell the other two teachers what to do, and they do it. I also give out the grades. This means I have minions2) All of ASP. Mostly I put me in charge, usually because A) nobody else was stepping up immediately, and B) someone needed to. Of course, this doesn't count the silly deans and teachers who put me in charge of ASP and the Mediation class. Just goes to show that sometimes you never can tell...

It sounds like you kind of like being the leader, even with all the teeth grinding. Is it nice being at the end of the tunnel, instead of the beginning?
