Dead people get headaches. I get them all the time. Just deal with them like you did when you were alive.

As for a tent, you have to wish for it or ask the room. Since it looks like you haven't been told, we can wish for just about anything here. The room doesn't like ninjas, though, so who knows if it'll work for you. You can't wish for most foods, specific people or a way out.
There's more than that, but I don't know what you've already been told or not. I can just give you the whole speil if you want, I guess.
