Tonight, we make duck stock - completely organic, too! The duck bones are from Shady Grove Farms in Winchester, KY, and the carrot, celery, and onions for the stock are USDA certified organic. We aren't sure where it's going to end up yet, but I am sure we'll find a place to use it - look for duck soup recipes coming up soon!
