ok so on one hand i'm like, STARVING all the time because the stupid dog walking job doesn't give me the time to snack and without snacks i'm barely clearing my BMR let alone hitting my actual calorie intake requirement (1900-2000/day)...my bmr is about 1300-1400 and i'm eating about 1500-1600 so no fucking wonder i constantly feel like i'm about ( Read more... )
