So first day of being "sugar" free.
What does that mean to me?
NO refined sugars,(glucose, corn syrup,molasses, etc)
NO fruit juice
so far, might change
YES organic honey, agave nectar(in limited amounts)
YES fruits
YES bread(without sugar or other sweeteners) but cutting down on carbs
I"ll probably add to this when things come up, let me know what I am
