At the end of this month I have no housing. My roommate ben ditched out on us for "previous" commitments, and by new roommate has an unrealistic budget. And even with ignoring time constraints, I cannot for the life of me find a decent place, that we can afford, and will take a co-signer

Thanks. But I don't think that I will need it. I seem to have found a solution at the last minute that will make everything work perfectly. I just need to make it happen.

I also have some friends here who would let me crash at their place, there by allowing me to keep working. But I really do appreciate the offer.
