Phase one complete for me. There are still some things that need to happen for phase one to be concluded outright. Then Phase 2 begins. Which will be a bit more interesting due to work. -

At the end of this month I have no housing. My roommate ben ditched out on us for "previous" commitments, and by new roommate has an unrealistic budget.
