I've been under the weather the past few days. That's the only reason I can think of that would possess me to click on the JUST IN link in the Pit. I saw this summary for a fic in the DC Elseworlds fandom, of which I know zero.

Half Dragon/Phoenix - the Grand Supreme of Stu/Sue forms, not to be confused with the Ultimate Grand Supreme - which is when you have one parent who is a Angel/Phoenix offspring and the other is Demon/Dragon - and your godparent/tutor/sidekick is a werewolf/vampire hybrid.

Meanwhile, I'm sitting here questioning 'fugitives'. Are they dragons or phoenix or both or what? Did they too help destroy the universe and is that why they're on the run, or did the author mean 'refugees'? Or is it a Superman reference and they were criminals beforehand?

Also, how do you destroy a universe? And then how do you go about finding a new one to settle down in? Universes don't grow on trees, after all.

I was wondering about the whole universe thing, too. (Traversing the massive distances notwithstanding.) And the fact that this Gary Stu's family seems to be at fault for its destruction.

I suppose if there are any species who can live on stars, dragon/phoenix hybrids are probably at the top of the list. Not sure what the school's going to be made of, though.
