good charlotte grew up relatively impovershed, sort of like a teeny-bopper version of everclear but more whiny. and their first album was decent; a bit poppy but not terrible. however their second album sucked soooooo much absolute shit, that i can't even look at them without an exercise of control with my gag reflex. and if forced to choose a side, it'd easily be david's. biyotch.

I don't care who they were before, I care who they were when they put that song on a CD. Take that song, add in the fact that it sounds like he was singing while he was making a "boo-boo lip", and you have a simple formula that equals a fight to the death on ESPN 3.
