This actually makes me want to kill someone.

Bought a copy of John Carpenter's The Thing yesterday.  That is my all-time favorite horror movie.  1982.  When monster effects were still done with latex.  Some movies can't make it work, but The Thing does.  And it shouldn't be a surprise---Stan Winston was on the staff.

Well, the semester is officially over.  Graduation was Saturday.  Would have been my graduation, had my time management skills been better the last couple years.  Commuting is a bitch.  Here's to fifth year seniors.  Unlucky bastards that we are.

Found a copy of Super Mario World last night while roaming Martin.  Twenty bucks.  That was one of my favorite games as a kid.  Can't remember how many times I've beaten it.  Anyway, remember those fortresses with the weird triceratops things as the bosses?  They were called Reznors.  Heh.  Wonder if they're named after Trent . . . ?
