MOD2:Hello, everyone! I would like to thank all the participants, readers and writers, who were part of the BAE2018 year! This would not have been possible with ghost!mod and the addition of Moduck and Mood Mod! Although I have been absent for the most part, I was glad to see everyone reading and enjoying the stories. I can’t believe how much BAE has grown but I’m so happy to have seen it grow over the years. I hope you left comments and kudos on every story you enjoyed. It’s my hope to be more present in the next round so I’ll see you all soon!
Ghost mod: Thank you to our century eggs who came back and stuck with us. Thank you newly laid eggs! I am very very proud of you, please know that. And I am among the sea of readers that you have. I have left you comments dearies. I hope we get to see you all next round. Every participant is the reason why baeconandeggs stand, I will not get tired of saying that. You guys make working hard for BAE worthy. Every confession of love, expression of thanks, and just every bit of appreciation makes everything worth it. Let's keep spreading love!

moduck: Hey guys! First, I'd like to thank mod2 and ghostmod for taking me in. I wasn't expecting to become a BAE mod because I applied late and they might have chosen new mods already. I actually was the one on cc who asked how many applicants there were (hours before the deadline) and I almost didn't apply because they said there already were 9 applicants. I thought that's plenty and my chances of getting in was slim but yoooo here I am now!
To ghostmod. You sneaky lil bean! Bet you followed me on Twitter to lurk on me! Our first convo was an embarrassment to my existence so thanks for not crossing me out of the choices then and there!? You were against accepting new mods at first but thanks for adopting me. My 2018 would have been so boring without BAE and you guys!
To mod2. I totally did not expect you hahaha at first I was intimidated because it seemed like BAE was 10000000% professional and I'm that awkward lost kid. Thanks for answering all of my stupid questions especially during the first few weeks that I'm literally screaming in our chat whenever a new mail comes in.
To mood mod. To be honest!? I thought you were much older lol I'm glad you were chosen alongside me!!! I'll always remember the helpless moments we had when we're the only ones online and we don't know how to handle something. We just. Panic. Thanks for listening to my morning rambles when you should have been in bed sleeping!?
The BAE mods are all dear to me. I hope we get to meet each other someday!!! Why are you guys so far away 😞 BAE can be stressful to handle sometimes and I'm grateful that you guys are with me. I love you! 💕💕
To the BAE community. I hope you guys enjoyed the round this year!!! Don't be scared of the mods, they're actually all nice. Just follow the rules lol. Please don't be shy to leave comments on fics, no matter how cringe-y they are to you. The writers appreciate them, especially positive feedback!

Firstly, I want to thank everyone involved with the success of this year’s BAE-to our readers, writers, betas, and prompters-it’s with your enthusiasm and support that keeps the BAE spirit alive! As a long time participant, I’m happy to be able to conclude my first official round as a mod on a high note and look forward to everything the future has in store for us. From the very beginning as a participant until now, I’m incredibly thankful to the mods and all of you for encouraging fans to develop a passion for writing, especially for a community as creative and encouraging as this one.
