Chapter fifteen: Longing

Something I knew I'd have to do when setting down to write "my usual kind of story, but with a female lead" was to write my obligatory sex scene from a woman's perspective. No idea how well I succeeded. Then again, I doubt I'm that great at writing'em from a man's perspective, either, so maybe it makes no difference... ;)

Aseena's and Jalon's ribbing/joking with Dara to prevent her from getting too angry and scared is hilarious! Fun times indeed. :)

Jalon and Aseena's reunion was so heartwarming and sexy. :D

Like yahalomay said, it's a shame that Mansuur had the ruin it.

I, for one, have faith in our little girl," Jalon said grandly. "She fights mad cultists and overturns government conspiracies. I think she might also be able to make light conversation over dinner. It will only take a slightly more heroic effort from her than the other things."
