Hahaha! Science is completely unrelated to computers, eh? I thought my knowledge of computer science enabled me to create all that software, when it was really my powers of sorcery ;)

The last part of that quote is making the same point I mentioned previously, namely that established scientific theories can become dogma. It wasn't science that held up the Wright brothers, it was accepting current theory without question. When they "started from experiment and experience" they applied the scientific method and made new scientific discoveries.

The remainder of the quote expresses the logical fallacy that all scientific theory must be false dogma. It's not difficult to repeat experiments to confirm many theories, which were based on hypotheses validated by said experiments.
