This past weekend was a treat. My friend Chad set up a group excursion to 6 Flags theme park near Chicago and it was a blast. I was able to reminisce with old friends, go on rides that do anything from sudden 70 mph drops to loopy loops and hit up the water slides - what more could I ask for? Well I think I have finally gotten used to my seikatsu (life) here at Mori no Ike. It hasn't been without its scary points. Two nights ago we had a really bad thunderstorm which kept a lot of campers up, created leaks in some cabins, and made everyone close soaking wet for a long time.
