I moved back to North Carolina 5 years ago on July 4th.
It's time to start thinking about what comes next in my life.

I had my annual physical today. I came with a list of questions and had a very, very pleasant experience. I've been waiting several years to see this doctor. She came highly recommended but when I tried to book an appointment I was told she was not accepting new patients.
