An experiment, of sorts

So, I know a lot of people post their fiction, fan- and original, on Livejournal. And while I have an Insanejournal for just such a purpose, I've been toying with the idea of posting my writings here on LJ as well. So, just to see what the reception would be here, I'm going to post one of the pieces that I'm.....proud isn't the word I'm looking for

An interesting little vignette from Kenshin's days with Hiko. My only real quibble was when Hiko spoke; it seemed unnecessary for him to call Kenshin by his "special" nickname for him when it was just the two of them. But that's just me.

Oh keep posting here! I do it from time to time myself, and it nearly always proves helpful. Plus, this way, I have the prospect of yet more RK ficcage to peruse. ^_^

Thank you so much for the comment! It means a lot to get con-crit from an author I respect, and I very much see your point. I don't think it even occurred to me that Hiko might not call Kenshin "Baka deshi" to his face. I think the phrase just leaves me happy inside. Hiko and his manner of speaking are very interesting, at least to me.
