i want to post, have been wanting to for days, but my head is empty.  i've thought about nothing for days.  weeks maybe.

you helped yesterday, just by letting me babble inanely to you. jamey's... more aware of the problem now, so i think is going to help me a bit, and mia's visiting on saturday, so that should help too.
i got a couple of the things i need to sort out started or done today, and while they aren't the big scary difficult things, at least having done them reduces the volume.
