Sorry about that. Bell installed a line for one of our tenants early this week, and knocked out someone else's line to do so. Then while fixing that line, they knocked out ours.
We're talking an almost sitcom-worthy display of genius, here.

I once came home from work to find the phone line not working and a phone wire going from our outside junction across our back yard to another house. I called Bell from my cell phone and it turned out that they were trying to use our unused 2nd line for someone..... but didn't do the job right or think to tell us!
I am not surprised by any comedy from them now.
