One of the reasons I went to Sapporo was because I wanted to see sakura in full bloom.. sakura usually blooms a little later in Hokkaido area.. I've been to Japan twice in the summer therefore I couldn't catch a glimpse of sakura and doing 'hanami' (literally translates as 'looking at the flowers' - Japanese people usually having picnic ( Read more... )
