I have two new paintings in the Stellarator series- these are only 12" each, as commissioned by my friend Lizz, and it was sort of an experiment in seeing if the compositions worked on a less immersive scale. Yesterday I officiated the very first wedding ever held in the "Church of Heavy Metal" as "The Judas Priest". My art opening last night was great! There were a ton of people in attendance- all with very impressive resumes, deans of universities, editors of publications, curators of big museums, big shot scientists, and they all absolutely loved my work and talk!
