A Day in the Life

I'm trying to call an electrician to complete some electrical work that has been needed for at least two years and a painter to paint the outside of the house, three years overdue, and get the house cleaned up after a fairly busy weekend

When can Ju come up and spend the night? You want to come up for a day-away soon? I can cook (or even better...order pizza!) :) You could even drop both kids off and go Goodwill-ing. :-)

Life gets overwhelming pretty quickly some days. The good thing is that you're a good mother and you you find ways to adapt.

Hope things are settling down. We're still trying to figure out when to have an electrician come to replace our meter box. If we didn't have to lose power for at least two hours, either of us could just work from home, but taking the day off is much more difficult.

I know these days are hard. I remember trying to go to the bathroom with a kid on each knee...guess what kids! This too shall pass. Just Hang in.
