Ok, so project lenten exercise is pretty much a complete and total bust. Oh well. I'll continue trying to get back on track.

Basically none this week. Spring break, so I kept Alexander out of daycare to have to pay less, but that meant no gym time, and it was too cold to walk much.

Well, last week was so so. Monday was skipped due to sinus headache, Wednesday I got a 3.5 mile walk in (would have been 4, but it was getting too cold for Alexander so we had Daddy pick us up), and Saturday I got a short, maybe half a mile walk in ( Read more... )

Last week was a very poor one for exercise. Monday I gave myself permission to take off since I was still feeling wobbly from the stomach flu last weekend. Tuesday I came down with a cold, and that pretty much wiped out any gym plans for the rest of the week. Week two was semi-successful. I worked out Monday. Wednesday I swapped working out for shoveling uber-wet snow, too wet for snowblower. Friday was scheduled to be delayed to Saturday, since I knew I had a late day at school Friday.
