just "relocated" my entire backbone...i feel a bit sore.. but MUCH BETTER...
everything seems to be in order but maybe i wasn't in order for quite sometime...still feels weird..
wonder how did my pelvis bone and parts of my backbone got shifted.... sigh
according to the Chinese doc, besides sitting too much in the office, it's prob an old injury...

but well, i got to rush home from my friend's house warming... coz' i'll have no bus home once it's T8 at 1130pm...

IT'S THE START OF A VERY BUSY WEEK TODAY!!!!
i don't need more things to think about -
It's been so long...
Can't imagine doing so much sports over the weekend..
i'm totally aching everywhere...
Sat: 2 hours of badminton, 1 hour of beach volley, 4~5 hours of KTV
Sun: 3.5 hours of Hiking.. *it was my dad's sec sch alumni event.. i feel so young.. LOL*
wanna die.. totally need rest.. Nights all!

A very well-spent X'mas holidays... so many plans of going away... NY, Bali, Thailand, Guangzhou.. But none happened..
no company, no money, haha~
But it was all well in HK...
1. X'mas eve @ Friend's house party - was quite drunk.. ha.. But all was well
