i have the 2nd biggest room in our house(next to the master bedroom) and believe me it sucks..unless you have alot of stuff to put in it it will seem really really empty...like echo... echo... echo... empty... its some where around the 17-19 ft by 12-15 ft area..and ya the stairs...maybe i'm just me being a lazy bastard..but they ain't fun....wait it is just me being a lazy bastard...damn..i put more pics up on lj
