Greetings to all of you who read this blog now and then. My world is about to turn upside down. LOL

Tonight I begin my new shift at work and instead of getting up at 5am, I will now be starting work at 5:30pm.

I have tried in vain to change my sleep schedule and am searching for some ideas on how to do this. Anyone out there have any good

I need help!!!!!
For some reason I can only update my journal through Explorer and get shut down when using Mozilla. Any suggestions or solutions would be much appreciated.

Oh wow! I am so sick. My grandchildren gave me strep as a gift. Isn't that sweet?

I had a fantastic time in San Francisco. I did not get haunted at the Sir Francis Drake Hotel. I stayed on the 7th floor and apparently the ghost is on floor number 12. :( The train trip was slow but very relaxing. I am most excited. Heading to San Francisco by train on Monday night. Gonna see some sights and do some stuff. Then off in a car to Sacramento. I will be flying home Thursday evening. I have a sleeper car on the train, and am staying at the Sir Francis Drake Hotel in San Francisco.

I haven't posted here for a long time. I am feeling much better about myself and my life. My spirituality has grown and I do daily ritual work which helps me quite a bit. Meditation has become my friend. I enjoy time by myself, for me this is a new thing. I often take rides up into the hills just to sit and enjoy the world around me ( Read more... )

James R Vallette, my ex husband, was found dead of heart failure on Saturday morning 6 Jan 2007. We were married just over 18 years. We had 3 children.
